Thank you for using "MANGA Plus Creators by SHUEISHA."
To enhance our operational structure and provide better service, the management of "MANGA Plus Creators by SHUEISHA" will be transferred from MediBang Inc. to Link-U Technologies Inc., the developer of "MANGA Plus by SHUEISHA."

Therefore, we would like to inform you of the updated schedule for the service migration and user information transfer, which will take place on Monday, June 30, 2025, at 12:00 PM JST.
※Please note that the information to be transferred and the actions requested from users due to this transfer are the same as those announced in February 2025. However, there are changes to the deadlines, so we are providing the details again below.


【Transfer Date】
Monday, June 30, 2025, at 12:00 PM JST
Maintenance Period: June 30, 2025, from 12:00 PM - July 1, 12:00 PM JST.
The service will be unavailable during this time.
※Please note that there will be no views added for the monthly award during the maintenance period

【Information to Be Transferred】(No change from previous announcement)
As part of the transfer, the following user data will be transferred to Link-U Technologies Inc.:

- Registered email address
- Account information (User ID, username, linked SNS types, etc.)
- Uploaded works, comments, and profile information on MANGA Plus Creators by SHUEISHA
- Other necessary information for service continuation

*Passwords will not be transferred. You will need to set a new password upon your first login after the transition.

【For Users Logging in via Facebook / X (Twitter) / Apple】
If your ARTstreet account email address differs from the email address linked to your Facebook,
X (Twitter), or Apple account, or if no email is registered on ARTstreet,
please take the following steps before the transfer.
* Users who log in with an existing email address on ARTstreet or via Google do not need to follow the procedure below.

* This procedure applies to users who did not complete the user information transfer steps by the previous deadline (March 31, 2025, 12:00 AM JST). If you have already completed the user information transfer, you do not need to perform these steps again.


【Pre-Transition Steps】(No change from previous announcement)
1. Go to User Information on ARTstreet My Page and check your registered email address.

2. Verify if the email address registered on your ARTstreet My Page matches the email address registered with your Facebook, X (Twitter), or Apple account.

You can check the registered email for each service via the following links:

No further action is needed if the email addresses match the service you are linked to.
If they do not match, or if the email address field on ARTstreet is blank, please update your ARTstreet registered email to match. Alternatively, you can update your email address on the linked service(s) to match your ARTstreet email.

【User Action Deadline】(Deadline changed from previous announcement)
Monday, June 30, 2025, at 12:00 AM JST
If you do not complete the steps before the deadline, you may temporarily lose access to your MANGA Plus Creators by SHUEISHA account after the transition.
