The story follows a young girl thrusted in a Victorian world where the people there must fight and survive for their lives. While in this world exist, two forces an Anarch and an Agent, the anarchs are monsters created from people’s grim morality who haunt the people of Morality city while the agents represent those that seek salvation, will the young girl in question survive in such a world?
