In the year 2021, cases of people developing abnormal abilities and traits, dubbed "Manifestations", began to make a strange appearance. Of course, not everyone has the most noble of ideas in regards to how to use their newfound powers, and an association was formed in order to combat this new wave of superpowered criminals.
