Centuries ago, a long battle between the Ashen King and the dark lords caused a massive chaos in the world. As a last resort, the Ashen King used the world's fire to seal off the dark lords, causing each of the islands to lose all connections, isolated by a magical barrier. Centuries has passed and the flame's seals are weakening.
