My background as a Manga Creator
My Childhood Journey with Manga
When I was little, I loved drawing comic stories in my school notebooks. I would fill page after page, not knowing anything about "manga" or "comics"—I just did it because it was fun.
My father, before he passed away, adored the stories I created. He’d ask me to draw more—I remember once drawing "The Thieving Rabbit" and "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" for him (the Turtles were his favorite). I’d watch his eyes light up as he flipped through the pages, and it made my heart soar.
As I grew older, I discovered what manga really was. I joined local art exhibitions, practiced day and night, and sometimes stayed up so late that my mom scolded me—but I didn’t care. The moment I held a pencil, I’d forget time, food, everything. My dream? To become a professional mangaka.
Now, I’m obsessed with horror and fantasy stories. Drawing is exhausting (it takes forever!), but I love it. My imagination never stops, and I want the world to see it.
