The City of Saint Laveau is not a welcoming place, not that anyone has much of a choice in being there. People live their lives in fear of the power Clott Crime family, dangerous rotbeasts that emerge from nowhere, and criminal necromancers that use their abilities for their gain only. There are however, some Necromancers that wish to make the city a place people would live in not just because its the best bet at survival.
