Synopsis
Blaze Soma—a colossal industrial city where the world’s resources and energy converge.
In a desolate village on its outskirts, a boy scavenges scrap metal to support his younger siblings.
One day, while searching for valuables in the Valley of Waste, he slips and falls deep into a ravine.
There, he finds a red-glowing water source and a great tree twisted black.
It is the forbidden tree the elders once spoke of—the Asurava Tree.
After a week of hunger and thirst, the boy finally drinks from the water.
Knowing it will bring ruin… yet needing to survive.
The instant he drinks, his blood boils.
An unnatural power surges through his body.
He climbs back to the surface and reunites with his childhood friends—but tells them:
“Whoever takes in Asurava is driven by an infinite urge to kill.
That blood now flows through my veins.
So… I can’t stay with you.”
The boy leaves the village.
He eventually arrives in the colossal city of Blaze Soma,
fighting for survival in its underground arena against monstrous beasts.
After a deadly battle with a White Tiger, he reunites with a childhood friend—
only to learn the village has been contaminated by Asurava and erased.
The survivors have all drifted into this city.
But Blaze Soma is no ordinary city.
A monstrous organization known as the Nature Lovers’ Guild holds power in the shadows—
plotting the annihilation of humanity.
His former best friend has undergone the guild’s baptism,
becoming a monstrous spearhead sworn to them.
His childhood friend survives in disguise, taking the form of an ape-like being and living through trade.
And the boy continues to fight in the underground arena, resisting the blood of Asurava.
Amid a ruined homeland and a twisted world,
three childhood friends who chose different paths meet again in Blaze Soma.
Will the forbidden blood bring ruin?
Or will it awaken the power to defy fate?
His blood boils.
Survival awakens.
