Over 2 Centuries ago, a new form of radiation appeared on earth alongside the arrival of aliens. Humans who are over exposed to radiation gain inhuman abilities either due to their bodies adapting to it or mutating because of it. Those who adapt to it are called Radiators. Those who mutate and often lose their humanity because of it are called Manipulators. Aliens and Manipulators wreak havoc on society, resulting in the need of special agency’s to enforce the peace. Masami Suda dreams of living a good life however due to him being a Manipulator with gravity powers and having slits on his eyes which cause people to be afraid of him, his goal of living a good life is hard to reach. Although he’s a manipulator he still tries to maintain his humanity. Fortunately for him due to being in the care of a high ranking agency boss named “Dan Baba” Suda’s able to keep living his life like any other teenager and works as a part time agent for his agency, hunting down aliens.
