In a corrupt city, Remi, a homeless teenage hitman, survives by begging and taking in dangerous jobs. Her life changes when she meets Shen Yu, a wealthy heir being hunted by the government after opposing its exploitation of the poor and forced evictions. Yu hires Remi to help him reach over the border an area beyond the government's control. As they evade the authorities together, the unlikely pair grow closer and begin finding something neither had before, someone they can trust. In a corrupt city, Remi, a homeless teenage hitman, survives by begging and taking in dangerous jobs.
