They are confronted with the versions of themselves they've spent years trying to escape only to find out that a true connection requires the courage to show up as oneself regardless of their imperfections. When two young adults each carrying the weight of a troubled past, cross paths by chance, their lives begin to intertwine in manners neither had anticipated.
