There are two kinds of people - Good guys, and bad guys. Ivan is as bad as they come. He bullies children, doesn't pay his rent, and now has nowhere to live after threatening his landlord. Just as it seems Ivan has nothing left to live for, his estranged sister Michelle shows up, telling Ivan she'll pay him for protection as she pursues the valuable contents of a freshly landed meteor.
