In a future shaped by a brutal global decree made eighty years ago, society is divided by class. In the name of creating a “perfect earth,” the elite slaughtered the lower and middle class, along with the criminals and mentally ill, leaving only the "worthy" to thrive.

Keigan Varner lives in one of the hidden underground cities in rural Montana. One of many secret cities built long ago by doomsday preppers and preserved by generations.

But that fragile peace doesn’t last. On one sudden day, him and the lives of his friends change forever.

A sudden, merciless raid destroys the underground they called home, killing thousands and capturing the rest. All survivors are forced into a globally televised reality death game known as Elite or Extinct, where contestants from underground cities must fight to survive through a series of deadly games.

Only a few will make it out, and earn their prize to become elite.
