Okay, the manga (only original Japanese) is called おはよう、ミッキーちゃん. It's about a crazy genius (and sometimes stressed) scientist named Ichiro Kaname (要一郎). He's around 40 years old and lives in the Toyonaka ward of Osaka Prefecture. He wanted children to feel a little like a father, so he decided to create a robot to consider as his son. He created a robot named Miki (ミッキー), and its full name is Miki Andoro 001 (Miki android 001). She's a ten-year-old robot, but her number is incredibly cute, beautiful, and delicate. However, she has tremendous abilities. She can fly, shoot a laser beam from her hand, has night vision, uses machine guns, and even possesses human emotions. This manga is classified as Kodomo (because it has comedy and Fun action for kids, a slice of life, and sometimes an educational message. (And Shonen, because it contains some mysterious and complex elements and philosophy, and very fast-paced fights.)
