In 2008, Zanni Kurohiko, a half human half wraith hybrid, begins working as a Shikari using his flame abilities to hunt wraiths - rageful spirit aliens which plague humanity. However, his quest for revenge against the wraith that murdered his mother leads him down a path into a world of violence, superhuman combat, conspiracy and criminality, becoming a wild card in a century old war between superhumans. Will Zanni forge his own path? Will he follow another? Or will he crash and burn?
