In the futuristic floating city of Neo Tokyo-7, humanity lives under the control of the powerful AI system ZEUS, which monitors and ranks every citizen. Hiro Kazuki, a low-sector worker, discovers he possesses a mysterious Quantum power that allows him to manipulate time.

After becoming a target of ZEUS, Hiro meets hacker Aiko Tanaka and learns about Quantum Users, rare humans with abilities that can change reality but shorten their lifespan. As he trains to control his powers, Hiro faces elite soldier Ren Takahashi and uncovers a shocking truth — his missing father was involved in ZEUS's creation, and Hiro himself contains part of the AI core.

As battles intensify and secrets unfold, Hiro must decide whether he is a weapon of the system or the one who will destroy it. Choosing his own path, he declares war against ZEUS to protect humanity.
