15 years have passed since the Neo Cataclysm-a great war between the world's superheros and supervillains although all seemed to be lost one hero stood at the top and ended the whole war this hero is known as "The Thunder" but not long after the war ended this hero vanished. A boy who happens to have the same powers as this hero is out on a quest to find them and become their apprentice.
