Once upon a time, a very long time ago, the world was ruled by lawlessness, fear, anxiety, and death. Until a certain day… December 14th, XX48, an unusual child was born with abilities unseen by anyone before. Then, the following month, another unusual child was born, and another, and another… Each month of that year, a child with incredible abilities was born. The government took these children from their mothers and raised them to fight lawlessness. This story tells of one such unusual child.
