This one-shot manga follows an unregistered tattoo artist navigating a world where art is power and tattoos function as regulated weapons. In a city dominated by elite art families who monopolize techniques and enforce rigid standards of perfection, independent artists are treated as criminals and hunted by authorities.
The protagonist is a nomadic underground tattooist whose work is often criticized as flawed and unstable. Struggling with self-doubt and his place in a system that rejects him, he prepares to leave yet another.
