A psychological-liminal horror set in a Totalitarian London, 2044. Many have tried to create refuges for human spirit vessels, now no longer safe from the public's eye. It's either be shot on sight by the government, or be taken in by a cult disguised as scientists and become subject to horrifying "experiments" while they worship your kind like a god.

A particular refuge's luck seems to worsen, as former child experiment Ena dances into their life, seeking safety. They're sweet, charming, and, potentially, a tad manipulative; you'd have to be if you want to hide your origins. They definitely keep their secrets, but little do they know, Ena's secrets will tear down their life, bit by bit. From a missing friend to people asking if Ena's even human.

This book is for people over 14. This contains mature themes, highly graphic and disturbing scenes and queer relationships. A warning will be put on each chapter if you find any subjects triggering. They can, alternatively, be skipped, but every chapter is important to the plot, and the same themes will most likely appear again.

The character on the front cover is not the main character and Ena is genderfluid, not a girl.
