Harvey Blackmoor was forced to transfer to Shoukyou High School in Japan on his first day, but he faced the difficulty of living in the world due to his deafness. His dream came true of becoming a sign language tutor around the world. He meets a hearing Russian-Japanese girl, Irina Nakamiya, whom she befriended after she discovered that he is deaf and wants to learn sign language from him.
