Inner is about Ott Utabe, a teenager who tries to master his uncontrollable Inner Spirit, an entity which gives him powers beyond that of a normal human. In this world, there are humans with Inners called Hosts and humans without Inners called Neutrals. While Ott develops himself, he encounters an evil organization called Dynamic Inner Enterprises or D.I.E. that is interested in using him for human experiments due to Ott’s rare abilities.
