Hunter-chan has the job to hunt down and eliminate catastrophically accidental man-made tornadoes powered by big wind turbine driving engines spinning out of control in the air, with a pickup truck containing drones that do the trick, sight cut short by thick fog, in a deserted area enclosed by large walls. However this is but a lonely small girl, one so timid, gentle and fragile, controlled by her fear(literally) against the biggest, most merciless, most destructive storms controlled by nothing. Can a mere girl hunt down the harshest of storms?
